That it is specifically submitted here that due to some business rivalry, the petitioner is facing a serious threat to his life which is in danger due to enmity with some criminals including one Ram Gopal Singh who has criminal history of 11 cases. For the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court, a copy of list of criminal cases of Ram Gopal Singh is being filed herewith and is marked as Annexure-1 to this writ petition." His client made representation dated 22nd April, 2025 to respondent no.1 (Principal Secretary) with copy to inter alia respondent no.3 (District Magistrate). He seeks direction for consideration of the representation. Mr. Anubhav Chandra, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the application will be duly dealt with by respondent no.3. Respondent no.3 is directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 22nd April, 2025. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation to said respondent. Within four weeks of the communication, decision taken be informed to petitioner.
