learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The present writ application has been filed for the following relief(s):-
“(i) For order to lodge FIR against Asha Facilitator namely Sita Devi, Raghopur, Vaishali and ensure penal action against her; (ii) For order of recovery of the "Protsahan Rashi" paid to Sita Devi as Asha worker/ Asha facilitator,
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1538 of 2023(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 Raghopur, Vaishali till her removal.”
3. The dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent appears to be a private dispute. This Court will not exercise its writ jurisdiction in this matter.
4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned who will act in accordance with law.
