Even otherwise, there is nothing on record to show that previous to the disposal order, there was any wilful disobedience on the part of the Judicial Officer of the court concerned who has been impleaded as opposite party in the present case. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records.
