No.183 of 2020 whereby the application filed by petitioners came to be rejected, which was also confirmed by the Appellate Court. 3. Learned counsel for the respective parties submit that now the suit is for evidence. 4. Without going into the merits of the matter, as the petition is pending since 2022 and since both the Courts concurrently held the petitioners are not entitled to temporary injunction, I am not inclined to interfere with the order dated 12.08.2021 below Exhibit-5 2025:BHC-AUG:34173 80-wp-12069-2022.odt (2) by the learned 5th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dhule in R.C.S. No.183 of 2020. 5. In view thereof, the petition is disposed of. 6. However, as the suit is of the year 2020, the Trial Court is directed to decide the same within a period of one year from today.
