The present application has been filed on behalf of petitioner with a prayer to withdraw Writ-A No. 8020 of 2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there have been some subsequent developments, after filing of the present petition, which have to be brought on record and prays that Writ-A No. 8020 of 2024 may be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 4. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4 has no objection to the aforesaid request, as made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
