Case No. 01 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 66(B), (C)& (D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. On 02.01.2025, Cyber Police, Jamtara on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in village Nawadih under Karmatand Police Station and were making preparation to commit cyber offence, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with other co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones and separate sim cards were recovered from his possession. It is alleged that the sim card which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, was used in committing cyber offence. 4. Statement of the victim Gulam Mustafa has been recorded in para-59 of the case diary in which he has stated that the sim card which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, was used in cheating Rs. 35,490/- from him. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
