(Oral) CM-9508-CWP-2025 The instant application has been filed for final disposal of the main case, which was adjourned sine die to await the decision of CWP- 11710-2014 titled as ‘Sarbans Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others’, which has now been allowed. Learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners thus prays to take the present case on Board for hearing today itself and dispose of the same. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The writ petition is taken on Board for hearing today itself. Main case:- Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 07.12.2017 with a prayer for holding the petitioner entitled to the benefit of Technical Pay Scale w.e.f. 01.05.1990 alongwith all consequential benefits. MANGAL SINGH 2025.07.14 14:15 I am the author of this document 2 205 CWP-174-2018 (O&M) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-11710-2014 titled as ‘Sarbans Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others’ and other connected case(s). Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid factual position. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties and without commenting anything on the merits of the case with a direction to respondent(s)-authorities to consider the case of the petitioner by treating the present writ petition as a representation in accordance with law as well as in view of the judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Sarbans Singh and others (supra) expeditiously and preferably within a period of 03 months. Needless to mention that if upon considering the claim of the petitioner(s), in case, any monetary benefit is found due and payable to the petitioner(s), the same shall be disbursed in their favour within a further period of 02 months.
