Heard counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Amrita Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 3. The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad to decide the revision No. 32 of 2013-14 (Vajid Ali and others Vs. Saimuddin and others) under Section 333 of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act pending before him since 31.3.2014 within stipulated period." 4. This Court on 29.7.2025 directed the Board of Revenue U.P. Prayagraj to submit report in the matter. 5. In pursuance of the order of this Court, report has been submitted by learned Member of Board of Revenue to the effect that next date fixed in the revision is 13.8.2025 and the revision shall be decided on merit expeditiously. 6. Considering the report dated 6.8.2025 sent by learned Member of Board of Revenue, the instant petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad to decide the revision No. 32 of 2013-14 under Section 333 of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act expeditiously preferably within period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this orde after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties.
