That, the petitioner has filed the above petition seeking to quash (i) the Letter bearing No. ES2022123194 dated 19.12.2023 issued by R2 vide Annexure-M (ii) Letter bearing REF DLO/Vijay/2023- 24 dated 01.01.2024 issued by R7 vide Annexure-N and mandamus directing the Respondents to renew the CL-11-C license in License Address No. 150500302200120164/186,187/A of Malavi village in Hagaribommanahalli taluk of Vijayanagar District. 2. It is submitted that during the pendency of the Present writ petition the Respondents have continued the CL-11-C license in the premises of the Petitioner. Hence in view of the same the petitioner not interested to prosecute further at the present.
