The petitioners has been made accused in connection with Shikaripara P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 34 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 376(D) of the I.P.C. and Section 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1-cum-special Judge (POCSO Act), Dumka. 3. On 11.06.2024, at about 10:00 P.M., the petitioner alongwith co- accused persons are alleged to have gang-raped the prosecutrix. The petitioner was identified by one Nirmal Hansda who was present at the place of occurrence. 4. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that the bail application of the co- accused persons has been rejected by this Court earlier. 5.
