Sharma, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 245 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 307, 34 I.P.C., Police Station- Jait, District-Mathura. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The applicant was not arrested at the spot. The applicant is in jail since 10.8.2023. In case, the applicant is enlarged on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and having perused the record this Court prima faice finds that specific role of causing firearm injury on the chest of injured Shivam has been assigned to the applicant. The injury is on vital part of the body. The bullet was removed after operation. The prosecution case is supported by the informant as well as the injured and the medical examination report of the injured corroborates the prosecution case. Apart from the said case, the applicant has a criminal history of twelve cases. 6. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected. 7. It is made clear that the observations made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case. 8. The trial court is directed to concluded the trial expeditiously. 9.
