Heard learned counsel for the applicants. 2. The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 24.11.2003 passed by this Court in Writ-B No. 52212 of 2003. 3. Learned counsel for applicants submitted that order of Writ Court has been violated in the year 2018-19. He further submitted that now opposite party are raising construction on the land in dispute. 4. From the perusal of records, it is apparently clear that disputed questions of facts is involved. Further, order of Writ Court was passed on 24.11.2003, whereas present contempt application has been filed in the year 2025, therefore, it is barred by Section 20 of Contempt of Court's Act, 1971. 5.
