ISSUE Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ or Order or Direction directing the respondents to provide an additional attempt to appear for the upcoming First Professional Course Examination pertaining for 02 subjects viz. Physiology and Biochemistry which is Scheduled in the month of January 2025 to March 2025 in the interest of justice and Equity. c. Grant such other relief or relief’s as this Hon’ble Court may deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and equity. 2.
