Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Giri, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Lavkush Kumar Bhatt, learned counsel for respondent no. 5, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. Pursuant to the order dated 20.06.2025, the corpus petitioner no. 1, Nisha has been produced by the lady constable Ms. Sonali Singh (PNO No. 212440407), P.S. Saini, District Kaushambi and S.I. Vikas Chandra Mishra (PNO No. 192443933), P.S. Saini, District Kaushambi. As per the scholar's register and transfer certificate of Class- Xth the date of birth of the corpus is recorded as 18.07.2009 and accordingly, she is minor. Looking to the welfare of the minor corpus, let the custody of the corpus is be handed over to her parents, petitioner no. 2, Smt. Anita Devi (mother of the corpus) and petitioner no. 3, Vishnu @ Vishun (father of the corpus). With the aforesaid direction, the petition is allowed.
