The applicant is in jail since 20.04.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 24.01.2025. The trial is on foot. At this stage, no fresh ground for bail is made out. Without going into the merits of the case, the bail application is dismissed. Since the trial court has already been directed to expedite the trial and to realize the intent of Section 309 Cr.P.C. in Criminal Misc.
