The present contempt application has been filed pleading non- compliance of the order dated 13.09.2022 passed by this Court in Application U/S 482 No.28864 of 2022. 3. In pursuance of the previous order of this Court, the opposite party has sent his narrative which is on record. A perusal of the narrative sent by the opposite party who is a Judicial Officer and from the records annexed with the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application, I do not find any wilful disobedience on the part of the Judicial Officer of the court concerned who has been impleaded as opposite party in the present case. 4.
