JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: a. Direct the Jurisdictional Police T.B.Dam Police station/Respondent No.3 to implement the interim order to restrain/Prevent the defendants to put up illegal Constructions during subsistence of the interim order dated 18.10.2025 and 31.10.2025, in O.S.No.320/2025 in the file of I/C Addl. Civil judge and JMFC, Court, Vijayanagar District Hosapete vide Annexure-E to meet the ends of justice. b. Pass such other order or direction, this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 now submits that the petitioner has also invoked the contempt jurisdiction now and the contempt application is pending adjudication before the concerned Court. 4. In that light, leaving open all the contentions to be urged before the concerned Court in the contempt application, the petition stands disposed. 5. The concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the contempt application, if it is pending as on today, within an outer limit of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, if not earlier.
