Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 4 to decide the claim of the petitioner within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order. In case, there is any adverse material or recommendation by any authority against the petitioner, the same would be made available to the petitioner, to enable her to controvert the same before the claim is decided.
