Heard the parties.
2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 111, 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih.
3. On 23.10.2024, Cyber Police, Giridih apprehended these petitioners from a village Bheranmanda on suspicion that they were involved in cyber offence. On search, mobile phones and ATM Cards were recovered from their possession.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that apart from confession that they are involved in cyber offence, there is no other material against the petitioners on the record.
5. Learned A.P.Ps have opposed the prayer for bail and after going through the case diary, submitted that the petitioners have confessed their guilt.

6. Considering the fact that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioners on the record, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024.
