The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent declared the probation of the petitioners by relaxing the rule and produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O. (1D) No.139, School Education (Pa.Ka.4(2)) Department dated 04.09.2025. However, so far, the monetary benefits are not disbursed to the petitioners. 3. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to disburse the monetary benefits to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. In the result, this Contempt Petition is closed.
