This petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite party for his willful non-compliance of order dated 11.10.2022 passed by this Court in W.P. (S) No. 6079 of 2010. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite party has submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the opposite party was also supposed to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner as per the order passed by this Court, but the petitioner did not receive any communication and therefore the present contempt petition was filed on 13.02.2025 but the reasoned order has been passed on 25.07.2023. 5. Considering the fact that the reasoned order has already been passed, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt proceeding. 6. It will be open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in connection with the reasoned order as may be permissible under law. 7. The contempt proceedings are hereby dropped.
