Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner alongwith others submitted a representation before the respondent no. 2/Collector, Deoria, District Deoria on 27.04.2023 on which on 15.05.2023 the remarks were made and the revenue authorities were directed to submit their report by 10.06.2023, though considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 4. On the other hand, it is argued learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/Collector, Deoria, District Deoria to decide the aforesaid representation expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before him. 7. Needless to say that respondent no. 2 will pass orders strictly in accordance with law, unless there is no legal impediment.
