Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. It is the case of the applicant that an application had been taken up by the first respondent who are framing additional issues which was ordered by this Court on 20.11.2025. Only to seek proper adjudication of the additional issues framed, the documents in the judges summons schedule are sought to be introduced. 4. Eventhough the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent had vehemently opposed the receipt of documents, it has to be seen that this Court by its order dated 20.11.2025, had framed additional issues for the purpose of providing clarity in adjudication and only in that regard, these documents in the judges summons schedule are sought to be introduced.
