State of Haryana and others’ and other connected case(s). Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid factual position. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Sarbans Singh and others (supra).
