As the said claim has not been decided so far, therefore, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the same. 2. Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the said prayer. 3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 to decide the claim of the petitioner, as contained in the representation dated 28.10.2023 within twelve weeks from the date of communication of the instant order. 4. In case, there is any adverse material or recommendation against the petitioner, she would be duly apprised of the same so that she may respond to the said material before any decision is taken in compliance of the instant order.
