The petitioner has assailed a show-cause notice dated 28.04.2025 issued by respondent no.3 under Section 26A(4) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 and has also prayed for a mandamus directing the respondent-Authorities to decide his objection dated 13.05.2025 filed in response to the show-cause notice and not to take any coercive action against him during pendency of the objection. 2. As the impugned notice is a show-cause notice, therefore, no ground is made out to quash the same. 3. The petitioner having already filed objection against the same, the Authority will decide the objection by a speaking order strictly in accordance with law and until the objection is decided, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in pursuance of impugned show-cause notice dated 28.04.2025. 4.
