In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 51 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act. 3. As per allegation, the petitioner was arrested with a country-made pistol. He could not furnish any valid paper in respect of the arms recovered from his possession. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is under custody since 23.03.2025. 5. The petitioner was arrested at the spot, and he has Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54543 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 three criminal antecedents. 6.
