Learned counsel for the petitioner/convict would submit that this is a petition for quashing of the impugned FIR as well as the entire proceedings arising out of it on the basis of compromise; that, in the petition the other injured person and the complainant, who were travelling in the same vehicle have not been made party-respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh.
5. Permission is granted.
6. In view of the above, the present C528 petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed above.
