At the outset, learned counsel for State submits that proposal for final payment of pension, GPF and other retiral benefits to the petitioner has been forwarded by respondent No.2 to respondent No.3 and pursuant thereto, an amount of Rs.29,78, 472/- has already been NISHA DUBEY Digitally signed by NISHA DUBEY Page No.2 deposited on 15.1.2025 before respondent No.5, for making payment of pension and other retiral benefits to the petitioner. 2. Considering the above submission made by counsel for respondents, since the amount has already been deposited before respondent No.5 for payment of retiral benefits to petitioner, the grievance as raised by petitioner in this petition stands redressed and therefore, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage with liberty to petitioner to approach this Court again if the amount of retiral benefits is not paid or there is any anomaly in pensionary benefit payable to the petitioner. 3.
