This Court has no jurisdiction to entertain an application for anticipatory bail in a case registered by the Haryana Police. The petitioner has to approach the jurisdictional court with appropriate application. 3. At this stage, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to appear before the jurisdictional court. The petitioner may be given a breathing time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I think, there can be a direction not to arrest the petitioner for a period of two weeks, so that the petitioner can approach the jurisdictional court. Therefore, this bail application is disposed of, directing the police authorities not to arrest the petitioner for a period of two weeks within the jurisdiction of State of Kerala.
