This contempt petition is filed complaining the disobedience of the Order of the learned single Judge dated 12.09.2024 passed in W.P.No.105361/2024 (KLR-CON), whereunder, this Court passed the following order:
“6. The Writ of Certiorari is ordered. The rejection
order dated 19.07.2024 passed by the first respondent - Deputy Commissioner, Dharwad, vide Annexure-H is quashed.
The Authority concerned is directed to effect conversion and issue conversion certificate in favour of the petitioner after receipt of necessary charges for such conversion, in accordance with the law, within a period of

three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.”
2. On appearance, accused No.1 files affidavit dated 08.12.2025 enclosing two documents whereunder, the complainant is advised to approach the Competent Authority in terms of Karnataka Land Revenue (Amendment) Act, 2023.
3. Admittedly, the Planning Authority is not made a party to the present contempt proceedings. In view of the endorsement and in view of the fact that the Planning Authority is not a party to the proceedings, further proceedings are dropped.
