Mohammed, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that he has instruction from his client to withdraw this writ petition. Mr. S. Dutta, learned standing counsel, P&RD Department, Assam submits that record, as called for by this Court, is available with him. However, in view of the submission made by the petitioner’s counsel, Mr. Dutta submits that he has no objection if the writ petition is withdrawn. As such, this writ petition is disposed of on withdrawal. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. It is, however, made clear that withdrawal of the writ petition shall not constitute a bar for the respondent authorities to consider the prayer of the petitioner to continue in the present post of posting till the HSLC examination presently underway, are concluded.
