1. This Court vide order dated 19-11-2024, had ordered as follows:
“HIGH COURT OF MEGHALAYA AT SHILLONG

Mr. P.T. Sangma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the District Council Authorities by Office Order No. 29 dated 03.10.2024, have sanctioned an amount of Rs.17,90,883/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs Ninety Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty-Three) only to his gratuity, nothing remains for consideration in the instant writ application and he prays that the same may be closed.
Mr. S. Deb, learned counsel however on behalf of the respondents prays that the matter may be
disposed of in the presence of the standing counsel.
Prayer is allowed.
List this matter on 6th December, 2024.
