(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioners have been allowed / joined / re-adjusted as Extension Lecturers in their respective subjects by the competent authority; thus, no cause survives in the present petition. [2] In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition, the same is disposed off accordingly. [3] The petitioners would be at liberty to avail remedy as per law with regard to arrears of pay, if any. [4] Rule stands discharged. [5] Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
