The respondent no.7 has been produced before this Court by the police authority. We have ascertain her willingness to accompany the petitioner – husband. She is not willing to reside with the petitioner – husband. 3. In such circumstances, Mr. Solanki, learned advocate for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application. Permission, as sought for, is granted. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. 4. The respondent no.7 is set at liberty to live with the parents as per her desire.
