After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his relief to the extent that the District Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat/respondent no. 2 be directed to conclude the proceedings initiated against the petitioner, expeditiously. 4. In this view of the matter, with the consent of the parties, the present petition finally disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2/District Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat to conclude the proceedings initiated against the petitioner most expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from today. 5. The Registrar Compliance is directed to communicate the copy of this order to the Respondent no. 2/District Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat within 48 hours.
