This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner for regular bail in connection with Ghorasahan (lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 473 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4. The petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is said to have killed his wife in his Sasural, where he was staying. The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2022. In the trial some witnesses have been examined. 5. Considering the period of custody and the delay in the trial, this application for regular bail is allowed. 6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56477 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
