The petitioner has prayed for quashing of communication dated 13.05.2025 submitted by respondent no.3 on the application of the petitioner relating to compensation under Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no. 2, Competent Authority has not taken any final decision in the matter so far. It is urged that the 2nd respondent be directed to decide the claim taking into consideration the evidence filed by the petitioner in support of her claim. 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the prayer. 4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 to decide the claim of the petitioner taking into consideration the affidavit submitted by her in support of her claim or any other document, as may be filed within two weeks along with true attested copy of the instant order. The decision shall be taken within twelve weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith any other document, as the petitioner may file in pursuance of the liberty granted to her by the instant order.
