He has further submitted that against the impugned charge sheet, he has already preferred an application under section 528 BNSS No. 13005 of 2025 before this Court which is still pending, as such, he does not want to press this petition and seeks to withdraw it. 3. Learned A.G.A. as well as learned counsel for the first informant has no objection. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
