Learned counsel for respondents submits that there were certain legal impediment which appears to be removed during pendency of this writ petition and now petitioner’s claim will be considered and will be decided within a short period of six weeks. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner has not contradicted above submissions. 5. Considering aforesaid assurance given by learned counsel for respondents, this writ petition is disposed of.
