We have heard learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. Dabhi, learned APP for the respective parties. 2. The police officials of Gangajaliya Police Station, Bhavnagar have produced the corpus aged about 24 years old. We have inquired from her about illegal confinement by her family members. The corpus has shown her willingness to accompany the petitioner – Chetanbhai Sardhara. The maternal aunt of corpus is present before us. She requested that let the mother of the corpus be taken into confidence about the decision of corpus. However, we are of the view that, having regard to the report submitted by the police officials and statement of the corpus, who is adult and mature enough to take decision of her own life. 3. Accordingly, petition is allowed. The respondent no. 3 be set at free and permitted to accompany the petitioner. The concerned Police is R/SCR.A/13296/2025 ORDER DATED: 03/10/2025 directed to protect the safety and liberty of the petitioner and respondent no. 3 and do the needful that the parties will safely reach their destination and see that no untoward incident be happened. 4.
