Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 3. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that regarding solemnization of marriage between petitioner nos. 1 and 2, no one have any objection and both the petitioners are leading their life peacefully being husband and wife. 5. Since, the petitioners are having no problem or any objection arising out of solemnization of marriage, as such cause of action for filing the instant petition rendered infructuous. 6.
