1. In the present writ petition, the grievance raised by the petitioners is against the Award dated 20.07.2017 (Annexure P-1) vide which, the petitioners were ordered to vacate the property in question which is causing prejudice.

Learned counsel for the parties agree that the petitioners will vacate the premises in question by 30.04.2026 and will hand over the possession of the first floor to the respondent No.3-senior citizen.
3. During the said period, the water and electricity charges of the first floor will be paid by the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes that no such situation will be created during the period upto 30.04.2026, which will endanger the life of the respondent No.3-senior citizen in any manner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3-senior citizen, upon instructions from him who is present in Court, submits that the said proposal is agreeable to him and the present writ petition be disposed of accordingly.

The present writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the impugned order dated 20.07.2017 (Annexure P-1) is modified to the extent that the petitioners will vacate the premises, which is in their possession i.e. first floor of the concerned premises by 30.04.2026 and till they retain the said accommodation, they will maintain good character and will not harm the respondent No.3-senior citizen in any manner so as to endanger his life and the water and electricity charges will also be paid by the petitioners during their stay.
