03/ 21.03.2025 This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.10.2024, passed in Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 737 of 2023 by this court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in the said appeal, the appellants were directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks, however, they were not able to surrender before the learned court within the stipulated time, as the leave was not granted to them, as they were working in the State of Gujarat. He submits that in view of that the time of surrender may kindly be extended.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that in spite of the order of this court, the petitioners have failed to surrender before the learned court within time.

Considering that the anticipatory bail has already been provided in favour of the petitioners, however, they have not been able to surrender within the stipulated period, due to the reason recorded in

the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, as such, further two weeks’ time is extended to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court from today.

The order dated 21.10.2024, passed in Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 737 of 2023 is modified to the above extent and the rest of the conditions are kept intact.

With the above observation, this petition is disposed of.
