The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore is the learned Trial Judge. However, in the order dated 25th September, 2025, through inadvertence, direction for expeditious hearing was passed upon the ‘learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Barrackpore’ instead of the ‘learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore’.
