In the present petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioner is that petitioner had filed a claim application dated 17.12.2018 under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 before the Controlling Authority and the same is pending in Gurugram, Haryana but it is not being decided, which is causing prejudice, hence, respondent No. 1 be directed to decide the said application in a time bound manner. 2. Keeping in view the fact that only prayer of the petitioner is for deciding the claim application expeditiously, the respondent No. 1 is directed that in case, any claim made by the petitioner is pending consideration, the same be decided within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by following due process of law and giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties to the said application. 3.
