In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed to quash the order No. 88/Jamshedpur dated 6.12.2018 passed by the Executive Engineer, Drinking water and Sanitation Division, Jamshedpur by which the representation of the petitioners for regularization of their services in Class-IV posts has been rejected. 3. Further they have prayed for regularizing their services. 4. A counter-affidavit and a supplementary counter-affidavit has been filed. In the supplementary counter-affidavit filed by the State in paragraph no. 7, the respondent, State has accepted the fact that they have already regularized the service of the petitioners vide Letter No. 54 dated 07.11.2021. It is necessary to quote paragraph no. 7 of the supplementary counter-affidavit dated 17.05.2022. “That it is most humbly stated and submitted respectfully that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed vide Office Order No. 12 dated 07.11.2020 wherein the petitioners service have been regularized and vide Letter No. 54 dated 07.11.2021 the petitioner regularization have been given effect to.” 5.
