(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 09.08.2019 (Annexure P-13) passed by learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana, whereby he had upheld order dated 16.03.2016 passed by the Commissioner, Gurgaon Division, Gurgaon, whereby the appointment of the petitioner as lambardar of Village Chirwari, Tehsil and District Palwal has been set aside and the matter had been remanded to the learned Collector for fresh decision to initiate fresh process for appointment of lambardar. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he HIMANI GUPTA 2025.07.14 18:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-17938-2020 (O&M) - - may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition. However, he submits that as the matter is pending since 2011, time bound directions be issued to the learned Collector to complete the entire process for appointment to the post of lambardar. 3. Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 to 4 do not oppose the aforesaid course of action being adopted. 4. Keeping in view the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is directed that let the entire process regarding appointment to the post of lambardar be completed within a period of six months from today. 5.
