PASS any appropriate order or direction as deems fit by this Hon’ble Court under the facts and circumstances of the case by allowing this writ petition with cost in the interest of justice and equity. 2. A memo singed by the petitioner and learned counsel for the petitioner, has been filed, which reads as under; “In the above writ petition, the petitioner has sought for writ of Mandamus. That, the petitioner do not want to prosecute the above writ petition and hence it is just and necessary to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.
