Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Petitioner who is working as untrained nurse with the respondent no.2 since 1986 seeks regularisation under the Uttar Pradesh Regularisation of Daily Wages Appointment on Group 'C' Posts (Outside the Purview of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission) Rules, 1998 with effect from the date her juniors have been regularised. 3. It is submitted that many employees who are working alongwith the petitioner has come to be regularised but representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2025 is pending before respondent no.2. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the competent respondent authority to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 20.04.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
